Special Challenge

Each year, Zurich compile a book of challenges for their offices around the country, and we added an unusual challenge to this edition. All our children’s services use specially designed mats to enable the children to comfortably exercise on plinths and the floor. There are no manufacturers or suppliers for the mats which had been devised and designed by Wendy Baker, Head of Children’s Services over the years. The existing mats had definitely seen better days and were looking very shabby and worn through constant use and washing. Fran Vaughan and team took on the challenge and produced 50 beautiful mats for the children. The standard of workmanship is absolutely brilliant and Fran had researched all the materials thoroughly to ensure they last as long as possible. Thank you mat team!
