School group at NICE

Small groups are taken around both the School building and Rehabilitation Adult Services and we finish off with a coffee whilst we answer any of your questions.

Just a few facts.....

Over 1,000 people benefited from Conductive Education last year through children’s services, adult rehabilitation, student training and professional and non-professional workshops.

By teaching people to become confident and independent, they are able to reach their full potential and become as independent as possible. This may mean that a paid carer may attend to their needs for an hour less each day. Not much, you might think, but let’s put that into figures.

£5.35 minimum wage x 7 days
£37.45 per week x 4 weeks
£149.80 per month x 12 months
£1,797.60 per year

The published figures......

show a definite need for Conductive Education nationwide to help physically disabled.
