Golf Day
The FCE annual Golf Day, organised and supported by Anthony Rudell of Rudell The Jewellers of Wolverhampton and Harborne, took place on Wednesday 25 May 2005 at Little Aston Golf Club.

Eighteen teams of four enjoyed a sunny afternoon of first-class play at one of the UK’s Top 50 golf courses, followed by dinner in the evening with entertainment and a charity auction. The day was greatly supported by both teams and prize donors who were Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC, De Vere The Belfry, Faldo Enterprises, Clear Channel Entertainment, Ping Europe Limited, Acushnet Europe Limited, Mizuno Corporation (UK’s), International Sports Management Limited, Symphony Hall, Adam Scott, Warwickshire County Cricket Club, BT, S&U Plc, Novotel Birmingham Centre, Indigo Beauty Spa and Blakemore Wholesale.

 

 

Winners of Gold Day 2005

The Wilkes Partnership, DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, Arden Partners, Allsopp & Co, Ashby London & Weaver Plc, were among the many teams who enjoyed a round of golf whilst raising over £4,000 to support children and adults with physical disabilities. Thank you to everyone who took part.

Next year’s event will be held at Blackwell Golf Club near Bromsgrove in Worcestershire on Friday 26 May 2006 and will cost £400 for a team of four to include dinner and entertainment.
