There were a range of rounds from sports to anagrams giving everybody a chance at winning. Teams were entered from across Birmingham’s businesses such as Challinors, Cadbury’s and Secure Trust Bank making it an excellent night out. Half way through the quiz there seemed to be strong competition between Whitehouse Mainwaring and The Alcan Foil Wrapped Pork Stock Warriors.

We had a brief interval where everybody in the pub got involved with ‘play your cards right’ and then we went back to the rest of the pub quiz. As the final round came to an end and the points were all being added up the raffle was drawn.

At the end of the night The Alcan Foil Wrapped Pork Stock Warriors had battled through and won the title of ‘The Brainiest in Birmingham!’ going home with tickets to the Jongleurs Comedy Club and a luxury chocolate hamper. Winners of second place Whitehouse Mainwaring went home with a meal for six and some paintball passes and not forgetting Fourplay coming in at third place taking home some wine. It was a terrific night out and helped to raise over £850 for the charity.
