‘Does Grey Matter?!’ Charity Quiz

Monday 18th February at Selly Park Tavern

On Monday 18th February, 17 teams competed to gain the title of the brainiest in Birmingham. This ferocious battle was bravely fought in the Selly Park Tavern in Selly Oak.

Teams were quizzed on a number of subjects including trivia, answers beginning with ‘D’, pictures, Nature and Science and a link round.

Congratulations to team ‘Mission Impossible’ from Cadbury’s, officially the brainiest team in Birmingham, who won paintball passes for their team, entry to Perry Barr Greyhound Stadium and a luxury hamper and to team ‘Flat Pack Carrots’ from Birmingham University, who came second and won tickets to the ‘Miniatura’ Dolls House Show at the N.E.C. The lucky team who came in ninth and won some chocolate, were ‘Brosnan Babes’ from Buller Jefferies.

Altogether the quiz raised a fantastic £700 for the charity.

The Foundation would like to thank Harts Photography, R.E.P Theatre, N.E.C, Cadbury World, Sea Life Centre, Delta Force Paintball, GRA Perry Barr Stadium and Selly Park Tavern for their support and generosity.
