The Conductive College, at NICE, is seeking a new conductor lecturer to join our training team from September 2016. This post could be full or part time depending on the applicant. We are looking for a conductor with 10+ years’ experience in practice who would like to share this with the next generation of conductors. There are excellent long term opportunities for developing knowledge and playing a significant role in the development of CE going forward. The role includes teaching to assistants, under-graduate students and can also involve consultancy and wider training opportunities. It is a an exciting, one-off opportunity as these jobs do not come up very often and would offer the right person a chance to move into this much needed role in CE in the UK. The candidate would have to either have a Master’s degree; be working towards a Master’s or prepared to study for a Master’s in the future.
If you feel that you can use your experience to support others in the field this is the job for you. Help will be given from the team including preparation of lectures, marking and assessment methods. So, a unique opportunity to use your practical knowledge to share and develop CE in the future. Experience of teaching not necessary but the candidate will likely have experience of giving presentations to small groups.
